Couchiching First Nation is seeking a dependable and experienced Janitor to join our team. This is a part‑time position of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 4:45pm-9:45pm. The Daycare Janitor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of the Daycare Building. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, garbage and recycling collection, and disinfecting frequently used areas. The Daycare Janitor will also maintain and restock washrooms, perform minor repairs, tend outdoor walkways and grounds, and ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained. The Daycare Janitor will help create a welcoming, safe, hygienic environment for employees, band members, and visitors while following health and safety protocols.
