Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in applied analytics, including statistics and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) with experience in building data models.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify high-impact analytical opportunities.
• Skilled in translating quantitative findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights on loyalty program performance, including membership growth.
• Build reliable datasets by integrating customer, transactional, and engagement sources.
• Develop scalable analytics workflows using Python and Snowflake SQL.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate program changes.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
