Reporting to the Manager, Performance Management Improvement, the Data Analyst will work closely with multiple areas of the organization to understand their reporting and data needs. In this role, you will work closely with other data analysts and business owners to provide data cleansing, data quality and reporting. You will become a subject matter expert on source system data and will accurately extract, report, and analyze data to meet the various demands of the business. The incumbent will be a key member of a team of professional who support the ongoing development of Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
The major responsibilities of this role include preparing data for analysis. Prepare scheduled and unscheduled reporting on KPIs, including reviewing all component reports for accuracy and completeness. Perform data mining, analysis and interpretation of data, reports, and trends. Support the ongoing development of reporting tools to reflect evolving business requirements. Support business development through analysis of data and modelling of system impacts. Ensure that privacy is respected in measurement and reporting systems. Build and maintain productive working relationship with our business partners. Prioritize incoming requests, manage expectations and working relationships.
