Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives. Create visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Work closely with business units to translate requirements into analytical solutions. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues as they arise. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
