We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), based remotely in Austria, to support our growing customer base and strategic partners across Europe on a contract basis. The successful candidate must be a native German speaker.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for onboarding and supporting clients, while also managing strategic partnerships and ensuring strong collaboration between external partners and internal technical teams. You will play a central role in turning client and partner feedback into actionable insights that guide product evolution and customer experience.
