What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage renewals, drive revenue growth, and limit churn for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
- Develop success plans tailored to the needs of school districts to achieve their goals
- Proactively engage with clients to gather insights, communicate new features, and foster upselling opportunities
- Document client interactions and manage issues in collaboration with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in client management with a focus on satisfaction and retention, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach to client assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
