Position

Customer Service Representative – 2 positions available, pay $20.36/hour.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
  • Operate computerized cash registers or on the store floor.
  • Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, stock replenishment, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
  • Perform job‑rotational duties that may include repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lb (18 kg), standing continuously, and processing customer transactions.
Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Must submit to a criminal background check at own expense; a satisfactory check issued within the past six months is acceptable.
Hours & Shift

Hours for casual employees are determined by operational requirements and the Collective Agreement. Staff are typically scheduled for peak periods (evening, weekend, holidays). Availability for short‑notice work may be required.

Dress Code & Union

During the shift wear a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes. This position is part of a union; union dues are 1.35% of gross earnings.
