In this position you will:

• provide onsite quality customer services in person, virtually and by phone by providing timely and accurate information related to government programs, products and services

What you bring to the team

Exceptional customer service must have:

• Customer focus to provide optimum service, explain information and meet customer needs and resolve customer inquiries and find solutions resulting in a positive customer experience.
• Effective communication to explain guidelines and procedures, respond to customer questions, write concise correspondence, apply judgment, tact, empathy and patience to meet customer needs.
• Thinking skills to probe for information, assess situations, and determine customer needs, and take appropriate actions.
• Math skills to handle cash, operate cash register and point of sale machines to process transactions
• Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office, database programs, and operation of specialized equipment.
• Team collaboration to work well with colleagues in a team environment.
