Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in a related industry.
• Punctual and client-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Well-organized, reliable, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
• Process orders and coordinate shipping documentation.
• Arrange billing, refunds, and credits.
• Prepare quotations and receipts.
• Maintain logs, records and reports.
• Enter data and track customer orders.
• Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
• Provide ongoing post-sale support.
