Unknown Mississauga Manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role targets candidates with 2-3 years in customer service within manufacturing or distribution.

The position is in-office in Mississauga, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with opportunities for training, development, and career growth. Responsibilities include handling customer support via phone, email, and portals; entering orders in internal systems;

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Must be able to work on-site, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and online portals.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders within internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries related to order status, shipping updates, pricing, and product information.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and proactively communicate any delays.
• Work closely with the graphics team to confirm customer files are accurate and production-ready.
• Partner with the sales team to support smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

A well-established manufacturer in the Mississauga area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment who are looking to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and online portals
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders within internal systems
