Job summary

FASTSIGNS Brampton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and engage with customers in person, by email, and by phone. Build lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients in a dynamic sign industry.

Qualifications

• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Attend daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Interact with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
