Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Afternoons)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm

Pay: $22.00/hour

Location: Wayne Gretzky Parkway & Henry Street, Brantford

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent hire

Our client in Brantford is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This company distributes large household appliances and maintenance parts. The ideal candidate would have long-term experience in a similar role within an office environment, handling customer orders and inquiries and using internal order and customer management software. This is a long-term to permanent hire role with a successful and reputable company with lots of room to grow!

Job Duties:
  • Respond to customer orders, inquiries, and concerns over phone and email
  • Communicate with shipping companies, customers, and drivers
  • Schedule trucks and deliveries
  • Work efficiently independently to complete tasks
  • Run reports and track information using spreadsheets or internal management software
  • Other general customer service and administrative duties as assigned
  • Use SAP to complete tasks
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Previous SAP or warehouse management software experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in the appliance industry is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Works well with others
  • Must be willing to provide a criminal record search
