Role Overview

The Customer Sales Executive Costco is a key member of the Hershey Canada Sales team responsible for profitably growing Hershey Canadas business with Costco while delivering our overall corporate assigned objectives & targets (including gross sales net sales market share and profit contribution).

Key Responsibilities
  • Significant internal partnerships with Supply Chain Finance Innovation Development collaboration and planning
  • Facilitate customer sales growth via new Costco Business Centre listings Hershey grocery and seasonal programs with a strong focus on profitability for Hershey Canada
  • Build a strong relationship with Costco Category Managers and support staff as they continue to grow their club business and maintain Hershey solid relationship to grow our business
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to develop monthly sales forecasts identify new innovative seasonal / grocery items and deliver high-impact sales presentations to grow Hersheys / Costcos business
  • Ability to assess data identify opportunities and translate information into actionable selling proposals

Education Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 1-3 years progressive sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods or related capacity
  • Previous experience within the Snack Food category with sound knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft office software (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory)
