Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay organized, and demonstrate a friendly, professional approach. A driver’s license and reliable references are required to support a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Building positive, lasting customer relationships in person and over the phone
• Submitting ICBC rental forms and guiding customers through the process
• Scheduling repair appointments and managing shop calendars
• Generating repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation
• Interacting with vendors and coordinating incoming/outgoing materials
• Providing clear repair updates through phone, text, and email
• Managing and posting invoices, parts returns, and related paperwork
• Reconciling repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
