MK Auto Group is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers through the repair process, from greeting to scheduling and updates.

You will coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurers, manage documentation, and keep the front office welcoming while supporting the team with admin tasks. This role emphasizes excellent service in a fast-paced collision environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative role; automotive/collision industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
• Guide customers through the collision repair process.
• Schedule appointments and manage repair bookings.
• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance providers.
• Provide updates to customers on repair status.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and file processing.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
