Job summary

Frankfurt Autobody in Vancouver is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with a wage of $21–$25 per hour based on experience, reviewed after probation.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating drop-offs/pickups, providing repair updates, assisting with ICBC claims, and liaising with estimators, technicians, rental companies, and insurers to ensure

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with computers and office systems.
• Experience in customer service or admin preferred.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.

We are a manufacturer-certified collision repair facility for Porsche, BMW, Lexus & Toyota... and other brands, serving Vancouver with professional collision repair and customer service.

Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Wage: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience. Compensation will be reviewed and may be adjusted upon successful completion of the probationary period.
