Assured Automotive is hiring a Customer Service Administrator to provide an exceptional customer experience while handling administrative tasks. The role supports the repair facilities' KPIs and works with the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW plan execution and positive customer greetings.
• Manage rental vehicle confirmations and towing requests.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance personnel as needed.
• Coordinate towing arrangements and costings with Repair Orders.
• Reconcile Repair Orders before closing and monitor receivables.
• Support ongoing learning and uphold quality to boost NPS.
