Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is a family-owned leader in collision repair, proudly serving communities since 1973. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the shop and a key connection between customers, technicians, partners, and vendors.

You will schedule repairs, process invoices, and help keep our operations organized and customer-focused. The role blends customer interaction with administrative tasks in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, lasting customer relationships in person and over the phone.
• Submit ICBC rental forms and guide customers through the process.
• Schedule repair appointments and manage shop calendars.
• Generate repair orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Interact with vendors and coordinate incoming/outgoing materials.
• Provide clear repair updates through phone, text, and email.
• Manage and post invoices, parts returns, and related paperwork.
• Reconcile repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
