Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while supporting the repair facility team.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, friendly demeanor. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Google/Office tools are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service over phone, in person and via email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
