Customer Coordinator - Toronto

In this role, you will be part of the Sales Enablement Team, supporting the Ontario sales team and ensuring flawless execution of all sales activities in Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain monthly promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendar
  • Ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate, working closely with cross‑functional teams to enable brilliant sales execution
  • Support ONT Sales Managers & KAMs with customer reporting, budget reconciliation and ad‑hoc business development, product registration and LCBO requirements
  • Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross‑functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant execution
  • Support ad‑hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e‑commerce
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of sales operations
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and/or project management
  • Strong organization, analytical thinking and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on projects with cross‑functional teams (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Love a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, aligning with business priorities

Pay and Benefits:

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $67,700.00 – $88,800.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short‑term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP and paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
