Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter who excels in relationship management and strategic planning within the global Manufacturing sector. The Customer Account Manager is the strategic liaison and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our key domestic and international customers, specializing in complex components. You will drive sales growth, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage program execution.

  • Salary $70 K to start Monday to Friday in office
Responsibilities
  • Account Leadership: Serve as the SPOC for high-level accounts, fostering strong customer relationships to expand and defend business.
  • Program & Sales Management: Manage the full customer lifecycle, including proposal collaboration, new business identification, contract alignment, pricing, and new product introduction.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal Production, Proposals, and Support teams to ensure prompt customer response. Maintain accuracy in customer portals (e.g., promise dates, activity tracking).
  • Logistics Support & Compliance: Provide administrative backup for shipping, including documentation (BoL, invoices, export paperwork) and carrier communication. Ensure compliance with export control regulations.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales-related role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems (e.g., Syteline).
  • Controlled Goods Clearance required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with shipping/logistics documentation.
  • Occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision and color recognition.
