Job summary

A local municipal authority is seeking dynamic and engaging Piano Instructors to teach private beginner and intermediate lessons for children and adults. Instructors will be responsible for planning and delivering quality piano lessons. Candidates must have the Royal Conservatory of Music Elementary Piano Pedagogy Certificate or equivalent, along with teaching experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Flexible shift availability in Tsawwassen, Ladner, and North Delta is required.

Qualifications

  • Have experience teaching beginner/intermediate piano lessons.
  • Be flexible and self-motivated with little supervision.

The City of Delta is looking for dynamic, creative, and engaging Piano instructors to teach private beginner/intermediate lessons for children & adults. Instructors are responsible for the planning and delivering of quality, instructional, and encouraging lessons in piano.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and have the following skills and abilities:

  • Have completed the Royal Conservatory of Music Elementary Piano Pedagogy Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Have experience teaching
  • Are flexible, self motivated, and can take initiative with little supervision
  • Are able to work independently
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Are willing to work 2-5 hour shifts in Tsawwassen, Ladner, and North Delta
