Responsibilities

• Responsible for querying and maintaining the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) system.
• Process applications for police information checks from the public.
• Gather, assess, and verify information supporting investigative records.

Skills

Sound knowledge of the PRIME, CPIC, JUSTIN and CORNET systems

Organize and prioritize work

Ability to interpret and apply department policies

Effective communication with the public

Ability to work independently and in a team

Education

High school graduation

1-year relevant post-secondary education
