Overview

Xcoins is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Country Manager based in Canada to establish, lead, and grow our North American operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership in Europe, you will oversee a cross-functional team—including Customer Support, B2C Marketing, and other local staff—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving alignment with the company’s global vision.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a local team from the ground up in one of the fastest-growing sectors in fintech and crypto.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and Manage Local Teams: Oversee North American staff members, including customer support representatives, marketing professionals, and other team members, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Operational Oversight: Establish efficient workflows and processes to ensure seamless coordination between North American operations and European headquarters.
  • People Management: Onboard, and develop staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and regular performance reviews.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with global leadership to adapt company strategies to the Canadian market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, Customer Support, finance, and risk teams to support both Canadian operations and global business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs across departments, ensuring teams meet customer satisfaction, lead generation, and operational efficiency targets.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects the values of Xcoins.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership, ideally in a fast-growing or international company.
  • Strong background in operations, customer service, or marketing management (experience in fintech or crypto is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with international teams.
  • A problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in dynamic, scaling environments.
