As a CBRE Cost Management Analyst, you will collect, review, and present construction cost data that will assist with the development of multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions.
This job is part of the Building Consultancy function. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning.
“The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC). Please note, a condition for attaining an Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) clearance includes the condition that applicants must have lived in Canada a minimum of five years to apply for ERS.”

The salary range being offered for the Cost Management Analyst is between $85,000 annually and $90,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
