Job summary

Ontario Public Service is seeking a dynamic fundraising professional to join the External Relations/Partnerships and Development team in Toronto. You will lead corporate fundraising, identify prospects, create persuasive materials, and manage a donor portfolio to drive the major campaign.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate donors and securing gifts of $25,000 or more, ideally in arts, culture or education.
• Ability to identify opportunities and tailor donor approaches to meet interests.
• Experience engaging new prospects and executing solicitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate fundraising strategy to support annual revenue and major campaign.
• Identify prospects and build pipelines.
• Prepare persuasive fundraising materials and communications.
• Solicit corporate donors and manage a portfolio of donors $25,000+.
• Create stewardship strategy for long-term donor relationships and engagement.
• Research, write and secure government grants at federal, provincial and municipal levels.
