Job summary

You will build relationships with senior leaders, lead consultative sales, manage a robust pipeline, and tailor learning solutions with internal teams. The role requires travel within Ontario and a hybrid work model in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive business development, sales and account management experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline and close complex deals.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior executives across diverse organizations.
• Consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Experience with CPAs, finance professionals, or related sectors is a plus.
• Ability to travel across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients across sectors through strategic development.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to uncover workforce development needs and opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales discussions and position CPA Ontario as a trusted partner.
• Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet activity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor learning solutions for clients.
