Job summary

Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator in Toronto to support donor-funded research and patient support initiatives. The role blends partnership stewardship with CRM-driven workload management in a hybrid work model.

You will assist relationship managers, track revenue and fulfillment, and collaborate with marketing, events, and finance teams to drive impact for cancer patients across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating partnerships or sponsorships.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stewardship, recognition and fulfillment for corporate partners.
• Maintain partner records in Salesforce and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Track revenue, invoicing and in-kind contributions with Finance.
• Support new business development through prospect research and materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and finance teams on partner activations.
• Prepare partner meetings and calls, in person or virtual.
