• 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Compliance and/or Audit.
• Experience in Control Testing and Capital Planning (1LOD or 2LOD).
• Strong knowledge of risk and control identification, control design, and effectiveness assessment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and executing control assurance activities as per RBC Risk Management Framework.
• Documenting control assessment results using clear and concise language.
• Negotiating findings and issues with control owners and leadership.
