Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and results-oriented Continuous Improvement Plant Engineer to join our Lassonde Beverages Canada facility in Toronto. Under the responsibility of the Plant Manager, the mandate will be to ensure the smooth running of production in terms of reliability, capacity and repeatability of processes and equipment. You will be required to apply recognized engineering standards and practices to document, control and improve production equipment. You will also have the mandate to mobilize employees and managers towards a culture of continuous improvement and the achievement of plant objectives.

Lassonde Beverages Canada Plant

We are a small unionized plant of 150 employees that work together as a team to achieve great success.

Key Activities
  • Collect data and analyze the use of production equipment, labor and machinery.
