Consumer Marketing Senior Analyst - Personal Care

As aConsumer Marketing Senior Analystyou will be responsible for actively contributing in generating business value for target audiences (consumers, shoppers and customers) by delivering and managing superior Propositions or Superior Presence, harnessing consumer and market intelligence to create demand and foster Brand Strength. The role involves leading and execute projects in the short term while also contribute working on initiatives and plans for the long term to ensure sustained business growth.

Your role:
  • Contribute in developing and executing business plan for local market dynamics and chanels.
  • Manager A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend to support ongoing business growth and new commercial innovations.
  • Monitors and ensures the consistent execution of the Consumer Experience Journey across all touchpoints, including optimizing consumer journeybyanalyzing triggers, barriers and performance to set marketing goals and behavior shifts.
  • Enable consumer‑centric launchesby working with cross functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Digital and global teams) in the propositions and ensure timely, viable launches.
  • Track in-market performance through the analysis of category growth, market share, and brand metrics.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You posses 3+ years of experience in Vocational Education in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office package and comunicacation digital ecosystem
  • You are able to communicate efficiently on English
  • Strong project management and execution skills to manage complex projects end to end, along with s trong communication and presentation skills.
How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
