What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining Capital Markets Technology, Global Derivatives & FICC team to contribute to the support and maintenance of Environments for QA, DEV and Business Partners. Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all non-production and production environments. You will be responsible for utilizing existing and/or adopting new tools and processes, with an overall focus in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of projects to meet business objective. How You’ll Succeed
  • Environment Maintenance, Monitoring and Currency : Ensure that all environments are properly provisioned, maintained, updated, and monitored to ensure stability, reliability, and optimal performance. This includes managing hardware, network configurations, dependencies, patches, and updates.
  • Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor environment performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Coordinate the troubleshooting and resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise in the environments, working closely with development and operations teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions ultimately driving down repeat incidents/problems.
  • Strategy & Process Enhancements: Develop and implement best practices for environment management, including automation and standardization. Identify opportunities to improve environment stability, scalability, and efficiency.
Who You Are
  • You can demonstrate 4+ years of experience with Environment management tools, monitoring solutions, and automation platforms. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms) and application lifecycle management.. Proven ability to troubleshoot environment issues and implement effective solutions. Experience coordinating environment activities across multiple projects and teams. Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or other relevant frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.It is an asset if you have relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure) preferred.
