The Perfect Candidate:
  • Completion of college or technical training in construction (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience in the construction industry
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
  • Word & Excel knowledge
Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and directing daily operations, developing construction schedules, and ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, building strong relationships and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Overseeing site crews and managing budgets, resources, and change control, to ensure projects running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Taking the lead on quality control, procurement of materials, and coordinating subcontractors, while making sure all documentation and filing systems are kept up to date.
  • Meetings—both on-site and off—to represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
