Summary of Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO group. This role is critical in ensuring that Engineering, geotechnical, environmental, and forestry projects are executed efficiently and consistently while adhering to standardized methodologies. The Project Manager will also undergo ongoing assessment and development, contributing to personal growth and organizational excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and execute projects in alignment with PMO standards, CCI’s guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide governance, resource management, and performance monitoring for projects.
  • Support the development of project plans, risk management strategies, and performance reports.
  • Participate in and promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision and accountability.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • Several years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in aligning projects with business goals, tracking progress, and reviewing documentation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Financial acumen to analyze data and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Background in pipeline, trenchless, geotechnical, or environmental project execution is preferred.

Certifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Training in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
