Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• WSIB approved First Aid and CPR level C - required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must be proficient in report writing and all forms of communication
