Job summary

A regional health authority in British Columbia is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care in Primary Care. The role requires recent clinical nursing experience and registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. As part of an interprofessional team, the Nurse will provide direct clinical care and develop collaborative care plans, contributing to the health of the community. Qualifications

  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
  • Three years of recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management.
  • Current valid B.C. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide competent, safe, and ethical care for individuals and families.
  • Work as part of an interprofessional team to develop care plans.
  • Provide clinical follow up according to the person’s care plan.
