The Regional Sales Manager – Atlantic Region will play a leading role in developing new business relationships and retaining existing ones. With excellent commercial acumen, you will be responsible for achieving targeted objectives in the designated geographic region (Atlantic Provinces), while continuously contributing to the growth of Belron Canada. To ensure your success in this role, you will be required to be on the road more than 30% of the time, requiring overnight stays away from home.

Overview of your role :

Responsibilities
  • Develop new partnerships and maintain existing ones: action plan to achieve sales objectives; create and maintain a customer database in the designated territory; open accounts, establish potential volume, and identify the required pricing structure; work collaboratively with internal and external resources (e.g., the Revenue Pricing Management team) to develop service agreements; ensure that new business opportunities align with the regional profitability and operating model established by Management; establish a parts inventory plan with the distribution department.
  • Cultivate a high level of engagement with current partners through actions: create and present business reviews; ensure timely compliance with service level commitments; share relevant information related to their scope of responsibilities with partners and operational teams; propose price adjustments on service agreements with the Commercial Agreements and Pricing Structure team, ensuring alignment with regional profitability and operating model; coordinate industry product knowledge meetings and open house activities.
  • Act as an interdepartmental liaison (Vanfax Operations, Supply Chain) to inform them of new business activities and ensure they are carried out according to expectations: produce an activity report in accordance with weekly visit objectives; complete all requests to provide the organization with the desired information for a given territory; participate in regional and national meetings with the direct and extended team; share national opportunities with the team; complete various forms (openings, re-segmentation, business reviews); perform regional analysis of prime and non-prime sales; share information gathered on industry dynamics.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare the financial information required for the annual budget and strategic plan, in collaboration with each department within the division and according to the timelines established by corporate services.
  • Prepare service offers for bulk sales (Wholesale).
  • Analyze results by region.
  • Gather all information directly or indirectly related to products, ensuring close business relationships with our suppliers and partners.

Your profile :

  • 3 to 6 years of sales experience in a retail industry, in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or any related field
  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license (or Class G outside Quebec)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in business development, sales leadership, and relationship management
  • Possess good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic
  • Be willing to travel long distances and spend up to 30% of the time in a hotel within the assigned territory
