About The Role

Our Commercial Lines team is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Programs Coordinator for a summer contract to support our ACBO insurance program. This role provides hands‑on exposure to program-based commercial insurance, working closely with brokers, account managers, and clients within a specialized portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in commercial insurance, risk management, or financial services to gain practical experience in policy administration, client service, and program operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the administration of the ACBO commercial insurance program
  • Assist with processing renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy documentation
  • Review applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with account managers and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance
  • Respond to routine client and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and broker management system updates
  • Help prepare renewal summaries and client-facing documentation
  • Support claims reporting intake and ensure proper internal routing
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency

The expected salary range for this position is $18‑20/h and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
