A leading professional services firm in Toronto is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to drive initiatives on the Microsoft Azure platform. KPMG is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect to drive high priority initiatives on Microsoft Azure platform. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding challenges related to application modernization and provide cloud native architecture and design solutions that are secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available.
This role would also assist the current Audit application team with deployments and give recommendations on how to move from IaaS to PaaS services. To be successful in this role you should have considerable experience architecting and implementing solution designs predominantly using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) on Azure, understand and be a practitioner of DevSecOps, be an excellent communicator, and have a get the job done attitude and mindset.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
The expected base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
