Qualifications

  • Coordinate with clients and courier companies on deliveries.
  • Instruct installation technicians in Edmonton and Calgary on preparations and maintenance.
  • Advise clients on usage of equipment when required.
  • Complete applicable paperwork.
  • Maintain database on equipment and client information.
  • Maintain physical files of completed orders.
  • Manage billing.
  • Manage inventory of recycled equipment in both Edmonton and Calgary.
  • Coordinate repairs for beds when clients report issues with equipment.

Role: Administrator at our Calgary location. You will contribute to processing, tracking, and maintaining the flow of orders, assist with billing, communicate with clients, and track/collect client payments.
