We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who is willing to embrace McKinley’s mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care to clients, the professional development of clinicians, and the adherence to agency policies and procedures.

The pay range we’re offering is $93,170 - $114,795 annually depending on experience.

Ensure that the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices.
Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy.
Provide collaboration with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance.
Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.
Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies.
Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards.
Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices.
Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
Provide crisis intervention as required.
Remain on call for clinical emergencies.
Other related duties as assigned.
