Qualifications

• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• Minimum 5 years’ peri-anesthesia or perioperative nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate staff orientation, education, and competency training.
• Collaborate with Unit Managers and the Patient Care Manager on process improvement.
• Support staff with Connect Care education and specialized competencies.
