Overview

We’re supporting a growing technology services provider in the search for a Client Success Coordinator to act as the central point of contact across different portfolios, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and strategic client support.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
  • Deliver clear, timely updates on projects and service status.
  • Schedule on-site meetings and ensure technicians are prepared with the right equipment.
  • Perform QA reviews of deliverables before client handoff.
  • Assist developers in managing workloads and approving hours on tasks.
  • Ensure all contracts, SOWs, and paperwork are complete and current.
  • Coordinate with finance on billing issues and documentation.
  • Uncover client pain points and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
  • Own the client success process—anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., account coordination, project coordination, client success).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
  • A business-minded approach to uncovering needs and opportunities.
  • Able to operate independently and make intelligent decisions without constant supervision.
  • Availability to work standard EST business hours.
Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Remote within Canada (preference for EST working hours).
