Job Summary

The Project Manager of Client Services will serve as a leader in successfully managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Successful candidates must have team leadership and professional background in the electronic discovery industry to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship.
  • Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
  • Effectively execute project forecasts and work schedules implemented by the Senior Project Manager or Client Services Director.
  • Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and routine communication with both the client and internal partners.
  • Consistently deliver proactive communication with clients and, when client issues arise, address those issues or expeditiously elevate to the Senior Project Manager or Client Services Director.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date record of the status of all projects being worked on.
  • Demonstrate leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
  • Instill confidence with the client and serve as a primary public face of Epiq’s high‑quality service delivery offering.
Required Qualifications & Characteristics
  • Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gathered from at least 2 years of experience in project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that provide a confident leadership presence.
  • Excellent client‑relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
  • Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability in ensuring effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, developing project plans, balancing overall client requirements, building relationships, and reviewing financial and billing information in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Compensation

The compensation range for this role is 100,000 to 125,000 CAD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
