Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to lead paid media campaigns for B2B clients from a remote setup across Canada, South Africa and the USA.

You will own campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bidding strategies, and narratives for client calls while maintaining ROAS growth and pipeline health.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years hands-on experience, agency exposure, and clear English communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
