Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Client Services Manager to own an established book of recurring clients. This fully remote role supports marketing-led brands by coordinating with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice.

You will retain clients, drive renewals, uncover upsell opportunities, and push a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. Base plus commission with a 50/50 split and a flexible remote arrangement across North America.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a sales quota and delivering results.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
