Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling as the strategic voice in client calls.

In this remote role, you will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and ensure robust attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Build trust through data-driven narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
