A consultancy firm in Toronto seeks an Associate to connect clients with industry experts. Candidates will manage client requests, identify suitable experts, and work closely with a Project Lead. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills, and a background in business or finance is beneficial. We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.
What is an Associate?
Our clients have a need to get information that they can’t find on a simple google search, information that only exists in the minds of industry experts. Our Associates find those experts using our AI-powered technology and connect them with our clients, which are primarily consultancy firms, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Projects range from EV Charging Networks in the US to Shrimp Aquaculture in Mexico, there’s always something new that our clients are looking to understand.
What You’ll Do as an Associate:
We are seeking candidates that are looking to kick start their career or make an industry change by joining a rapidly growing start up company. Our Interview Assessment Day gives you the opportunity to meet the team in person, get a full introduction to our organization and speak with current employees of different levels while attending interview breakout sessions for the role!
We will be reviewing applications starting in October and hosting our Assessment Day the first week of November. Full details and an agenda for the event will be sent to all successful candidates that move forward past the initial screening phase.
