You will be the first point of contact, assisting clients with transactions, guiding them through digital banking options, and connecting them with the right specialists to help achieve their financial goals.

You will support client relationships in a fast-paced banking centre, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience in banking or front-line client service is preferred.
• Ability to guide clients through digital banking options and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to specialists and strengthen client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with transactions and basic banking product sales.
• Support clients by answering questions and guiding them to the right services.
• Travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance to deliver consistent service.
