Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Personal and Business Banking Team in Nelson. You will work on-site in a fast-paced Banking Center, handling everyday banking needs, guiding clients to the right solutions, and maintaining high service standards.

Evening/weekend shifts and travel between centers are required to meet client needs. You’ll be the first line of support, engaging clients with empathy and using digital tools to enhance their banking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing banking or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to explain banking products and services to clients clearly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking support to clients in a fast-paced Banking Center.
• Assist with transactions and answer client questions; connect clients with the right team.
